"We don't pay them till the end of the season or they would all leave at any time." The boss said 18 of his Syrian workers were housed in this small shack - others in similar and smaller ones. He said, "these people work in the factories the rest of the year and give up their jobs for a time to come down here and get a holiday. I go every year and get them."
